Ashish Mendiratta is a seasoned professional specialized in Supply Chain Management Strategy, Operations and Training. His 30 years of career includes working with a number of globally renowned and leading Indian organizations like Gillette, Nestle, BILT, Philips and Kohler. In his previous roles Ashish was Director-Supply Chain, Asia Pacific at Kohler and Director-Supply Chain, India & Pakistan at Philips. His last assignment was Director and Co-founder at Thinklink Learning Services Pvt. Ltd.
As part of industry experience, he realized a big and widening gap in the supply chain competency for many organization to deliver sustainable and measurable supply chain performance. He believes that competency development requires a structured and sustained effort. With this mission in mind, he quit his active corporate career to pursue his passion. Over last few years he has been actively engaged with well-known companies to deliver measurable outcomes using a comprehensive approach including competency mapping, assessment and development. He has trained number of professionals using experiential learning tools.
He has also coached many working professional through on the job projects. He is a visiting faculty at SP Jain Institute of Management and IIFT and been a guest faculty at MDI, IMT, Fore School of Management.
<p">He completed Masters in Industrial Engineering from NITIE in 1989 and holds a Bachelor of Technology degree from IIT Roorkee, 1988.
